Refund policy

Quentin’s wants you to be satisfied and love your order. If you’re not completely satisfied we want to know why (so we can do better) and work with you until you’re happy with your experience. With that in mind, here’s our refund / exchange policy:

• Quentin’s does not accept returns or offer refunds. We will gladly replace any item of equal value to you if the original item was broken, damaged or lost during shipping.

• If you want to return an item, please contact us for authorization to do so and to provide us with feedback / information. Only unopened bottles can be returned for a refund, and you will be responsible for shipping.

• Have a different issue? Again, please contact us directly so we can work out a solution.
