Shipping policy

We use a freight quoting system that brings you real-time costs for shipping based on precisely what has been ordered, including delivery distance and weight of the package being shipped. Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout.

For “Economy Flat Rate” we will consider the different variables (estimated cost for shipping, transit time, etc.) and select what we deem the best service / delivery option available. Typically selection of this option will result in USPS® Retail Ground™ service. Transit times for this option can vary widely (anywhere between 1 - 10 days depending on distance from Nashville) and delivery time cannot be guaranteed. If delivery within a certain time is required then do not select this and instead select another option (i.e. UPS) that has provided estimated transit times.

Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and in most cases go out within 1-2 business days after the order is confirmed with credit card authorization and verification. All orders for delivery in the state of Tennessee are charged 6.25% sales tax. We are not able to process any international shipping. All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

A shipping confirmation email, including shipment tracking information for estimated delivery date from the shipping service provider, will be sent to the email address provided at the time an order is placed.
